Last week of May BY-COVID Project partners from SciLifeLab, The SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics, BBMRI-ERIC, ELIXIR Belgium and ELIXIR Estonia gathered to Tallinn to advance the Infectious Diseases Toolkit content. We published 5! new pages and a few more will be released soon.
Into the Infectious Disease Toolkit (IDTk), we gather knowledge we wish we had when the pandemic hit us in the spring of 2020. At the contentathon participants will contribute to writing guidelines for data handling, analysis and visualisations in the context of infectious diseases.

ELIXIR Estonia members have developed several data analytics tools to study and visualise SARS-COV-2 infections in Estonia and across the world. All the tools are available at https://koroona.ut.ee and in Estonian, Russian and English.
